Start with today, don’t over think this. Take today’s work out, figure out what all the exercises are, and get to work.
If you’re unsure how much weight to use, use the beginner work out, and pick a weight that seems comfortable for you. The problem with producing a training a program for the masses to utilize is how to adjust the weight for everyone. The answer comes down to this; each person needs to figure it out for themselves. YOU have to be responsible, and knowledgeable of yourself. Make yourself uncomfortable, but don’t exceed your limits, especially in the beginning. Fitness is a lifetime pursuit, this is not a 100 yard sprint to safety under incoming fire, this is a long slow process. You will not be a superstar today or tomorrow, but in a year when you look back on this, and see where you started, you will be amazed at the difference in yourself.
