Awesome, athletes of all shapes, sizes, and types are amazing! How do you use this program with that though? The same way I do. My Marines are required to run 2 fitness tests a year. The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) between January and June, followed by the Combat Fitness Test (CFT) from July to December. We follow this programming whenever we are not specifically training for a test. When it is time for us to run a PFT we switch out to a PFT training plan. The same is true for the CFT. This program keeps us ready to perform at a solid level on either test at any time, but to do our best, we need to train specifically for it. So we do, and so should you.
