  • 6 Deadlift
  • 6 Rows
  • 6 Hang Clean
  • 6 Front Squat
  • 6 Push Press
  • 6 Back Squat
  • 6 Push-Ups

o             Training: (scale as necessary)

             Work up to 1Rm Standing Press

             6 Rounds

  • 3X Press @ 75%
  • 10m Walking Lunges holding DB

             5 Rounds

  • 5X Curtis Ps
  • 1X Rope Climb or 10X Pull ups

             30/30 Jingle Jangles
