Besides getting into some amazing shape? To foster a society of fitness! We want people to be fit. Long term, as we gain followers and support we would like to begin using a program like CF Whiteboard to track and log these workouts. That way each of you can have an account, post the results of your workout, and engage in some friendly competition.
We would also like to start doing some performance improvement challenges. The idea is to assess your current fitness, train for 4 months, and then assess again. We will do this as a fundraiser, and there will be prizes. The prizes will be on par with the amount of work you will need to put into completing this. This is a back burner plan at the moment as we wait for more people to get involved with us.
