LIFE! We are training for life. We are training to pick our kids up without back pain, to carry all the groceries in, to protect and defend our families and ourselves. This is not Crossfit, although we will use Crossfit WODs at times. This is also not power lifting, Olympic lifting, marathon training, or any other such thing. This is life training. This is preparing you to handle yourself accordingly each and every day of your life.
With that being said, we do have some goals. So what are they? I’m glad you asked. Our fitness goals are as follows:
- Deadlift 2.5 X your bodyweight
- Front Squat 1.5 X your bodyweight
- Bench Press 1.5 X your bodyweight
- Military Press 1 X your bodyweight
- Run 3 miles in under 20:00 minutes
- Score a 200 on the Secret Service Snatch Test (SSST)
